End User License Agreement - La Casa Empresarial QuickBooks-Zoho CRM Sync

This private application is provided for LA CASA EMPRESARIAL LLC.

Purpose of the application:

This application is a private integration designed to connect QuickBooks Online with Zoho CRM for internal business purposes. The application may access authorized QuickBooks Online data, including customers and invoices, only after authorization through Intuit OAuth 2.0.

Authorized use:

The application is intended only for authorized representatives of LA CASA EMPRESARIAL LLC and its approved technical service providers. Users must not attempt to access information without authorization.

Data access:

The application may access QuickBooks Online accounting data permitted by the authorized QuickBooks administrator, including customer and invoice information. The application does not request QuickBooks usernames or passwords.

Payments:

This application is not intended to process payments, move money, issue loans, manage insurance, or provide financial investment services.

Security:

Access is handled through Intuit OAuth 2.0. Credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, and refresh tokens must be handled securely and must not be shared publicly.

Termination:

Access to the application may be revoked from the Intuit or QuickBooks account settings. Upon disconnection, the application will no longer be authorized to access QuickBooks Online data.
